Vibes is a brand new vibrant café only 10 steps from the southern California coastline in Long Beach.

Once opened, Vibes will aim to bring specialty coffee to the local residents and visitors of the peninsula harbor-side community.

We’re looking for expertly skilled, passionate baristas and supervisors to be part of our

specialty coffee movement that will assist in developing a local following. 

Vibes will not be an overcrowded, stressed out, hundred-seat coffee shop.

Instead, we pride ourselves on keeping it small and focusing on the important things: quality, care, and encouraging our baristas to constantly sharpen their skills and discover new techniques and flavors.

We think the end result is a win for both our staff and customers.

At Vibes, we will always have two experienced baristas working together, to ensure quality is never compromised, even under pressure.

It’s important for us to keep our staff up to speed with all the latest techniques, so our baristas have the opportunity to participate in regular training and curated cupping sessions with our local specialty roaster, Common Room Roasters.

You will be working on excellent machinery and California’s best specialty coffees.

You’ll be rewarded with good hours and good money.
